- 10-Year Parts & Labor Warranty on full water service line
- 5-Year Warranty on pressure reducing valve (PRV) and main shutoff valve
Work Completed:
- Excavation and Line Replacement
- We dug a trench from the home to the city meter tail and replaced the entire water service line using high-quality, code-compliant materials.
- Where feasible, a trenchless pull method was used to minimize disruption to the yard.
- Pressure Reducing Valve & Main Shutoff Installation
- Installed a new PRV to ensure safe and consistent water pressure throughout the home.
- Replaced the main shutoff valve to provide the homeowner with easy, reliable control of their water system.
- Backfill and Yard Restoration
- All excavated soil was backfilled to a slight mound to allow for natural settling over time.
- As noted in our agreement, True Flow Services is not responsible for final grading or reseeding, but we leave the site secure and safe.
